Daniel H. Kennedy, III is the founder and managing partner at RLTY Law LLC, with offices throughout Connecticut and New York. 

Mr. Kennedy oversees RLTY Law’s attorneys and paralegals.  Personally, he has handled hundreds of residential real estate closings, representing buyers and sellers.  He has practiced real estate law for over 20 years. 

Mr. Kennedy was selected by Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star in the law for the years 2010 through 2017. Less than 2.5% of attorneys under 40 years of age were selected for the honor.  Every year since 2018 Mr. Kennedy was selected as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine. Less than 5% of attorneys receive this distinction.   

Mr. Kennedy holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.). He obtained his juris doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law (California). He was an academic scholarship recipient in law school. Mr. Kennedy is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Illinois. 

Mr. Kennedy has appeared on camera and in print as a legal expert for multiple media outlets. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association.
