Daniel H. Kennedy, III Esq. is the founder and managing partner of RLTY Law LLC, with offices across Connecticut and New York. He leads a dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals, while personally having handled hundreds of residential real estate closings over his 20+ years in practice, representing both buyers and sellers.

Recognized for his excellence in the field, Daniel was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine from 2010 to 2017, an honor awarded to fewer than 2.5% of attorneys under 40. Since 2018, he has been selected annually as a Super Lawyer, a distinction held by less than 5% of attorneys nationwide.

Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University (Washington D.C) and his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law (California), where he received a prestigious and highly competitive academic scholarship. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut, and Illinois.
